About
Us
Removing the obstacles that block health and wholeness is an epic feat that we are all capable of, but it is easier with support.
Fullhearted Mental Health Counseling takes a holistic integrated client-centered approach to nurture:
Resiliency
Empowerment
Wholeness
Well-being

Hi! I’m Cynthia
I love to play and create and am an adventurer of all realms. My greatest joy is when I can experience these with another. Collaboration and co-creation are two of my favorite words. I have a BS in chemistry from Wheaton College, and a MA in mental health counseling from Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, Yeshiva University. I am a partner, a parent, a citizen of Earth.
I have taught science, am involved in the arts, and study a breadth of psychological approaches, as well as a variety of world religions/mysticism. I am informed with studies or trainings in Jungian psychology, yoga philosophy, mindfulness, neuropsychology, LGBTQIA+ issues, EFT tapping, bereavement, trauma, relationship and sexual issues, and alternative lifestyles including consensual non-monogamy. I also work with individuals navigating demanding and competitive high-profile careers in finance, law, healthcare, and the arts. As a lover of learning I continue to enrich my practice with continued education in these areas and more.
As your counselor I will be a fullhearted listener and together we will create a space to explore and nurture your strengths and skills to empower you to meet your goals for wellness and growth.

Things I Love
In my free time I enjoy trekking, cycling, word and number puzzles, board games, reading/learning, getting nerdy, attending visual art and musical events, knitting, lacemaking, cooking nourishing and beautiful food and sharing it with family and friends. I have recently added discovering hearts in the world around me. The fun has caught on and some of the photos on these pages are from friends who enjoy a similar search.
